基本要求

  • 在申请前的五年时间内有至少两年在技工行业全职工作（每周工作30个小时）或时间等同的兼职工作
  • 口语和听力达到CLBCLB 5级，阅读和写作达到CLB 4级
  • 申请人需要获得雇主支持的LMIA，或者加拿大省政府颁发的技工证书
